ANACAONA RESTAURANT
The restaurant is named after the legendary Anacaona orchestra, a female band that played in the "Aires Libres del Saratoga", an area for live music, dances and gastronomic services. Our Spanish Chef Manuel Perez, surprises with traditional Cuban dishes fused with Mediterranean and International cuisine. Enjoy the exquisite and stylized Cuban and international cuisine prepared by our chef in the attractive and eclectic Anacaona restaurant. It has an attractive decoration: the mosaics of the walls with Moorish drawings and the wooden parabanes that serve to delimit the space and transfer a soft lighting, coexist with elegant wooden style chairs that give it a colonial touch. The restaurant offers a breakfast, lunch and dinner menu with a capacity for 60 customers. It has wireless Internet connection (WiFi).

RESTAURANT MIRADOR
From the Terrace Mirador, perched on the top floor of the hotel, visitors have a 270º view of all Havana, the bay and Caribbean Sea. This Terrace has several sightseeing levels, a rectangular swimming pool, a gym and a Bar Restaurant offering light food, such as pizzas, sandwiches, grilled meat and fish, etc., as well as exquisite dishes from the international cuisine. The Bar-Restaurant Mirador Saratoga also offers a special service for cocktails, parties and gala diners prior reservation, which includes live music, water ballet, etc., on request, and features (WiFi) wireless internet access.

The Anacaona Bar is the anteroom of the Anacaona Restaurant and in it you can taste a varied and colorful selection of national and international cocktails such as mojitos, daiquiris, and rums, as well as the sale of the famous Cuban cigars. It has an attractive decoration: a carved wooden bar, tropical plants and illuminated niches in the columns. It is an ideal place to meet friends, enjoy some tapas before dinner and that guests enjoy their buffet or continental breakfast if they prefer. It has a sophisticated lighting system and musical ambience in the style "chill out".

From the Terrace - Pool, located on the 8th floor, you have a 270º visual of all of Havana, including Old Havana, the bay and the Caribbean Sea. During the day you can enjoy a wide selection of light food (delicious pizzas from our oven, fish, etc.) and Cuban and international cocktails. Ideal to enjoy the pool during the day and evening dining under the spell of the Habanero Historical Center. This area offers pool of 9:00 a.m. to 6:00.
This is the place to see and be seen in. The evocative mural of the Cuban countryside, the balcony overlooking the grand entrance hall and our exotic orchid collection may all be enjoyed whilst taking tea, a light lunch, and cocktails or while sampling the best of Cuba’s famous cigars. Its counter, tables and comfortable chairs make this a magnificent place to meet and have a morning cup of coffee, savor a continental breakfast or a light lunch, an afternoon tea, snack or a drink or two at night. The Mezzanine Bar also has 24-hr wireless internet access (WiFi).
